What is the PWRHouse?

The PWRhouse is a monthly digital health membership and community designed exclusively for the petite body type 5’4” and under. Using the tried-and-true behind the Petite PWR Method, our membership includes everything you need to create your most powerful physique with a monthly workout calendar, recipes, meal plans, live events and workshops, fresh fitness and nutrition challenges every month, and so much more.

How are the monthly challenges structured?

PWRhouse membership includes monthly fitness & nutrition challenges with daily workouts, delicious recipes, valuable resources such as our macro calculator just for petites, and live speaker workshops tailored to the petite body type. It’s a way to start and stay healthy and powerful in your petite frame by giving you new challenges every month to crush your goals alongside your petite peers and our expert coaches and dietitians.

Can I create my own workout plan in addition to the challenge?

Yes! PWRhouse access unlocks access to our complete library of exercises and workouts so can save your favorites to return to anytime.

How are the exercises structured?

Our method is a total-body workout approach for petites, with full body workouts structured as supersets (complete one set of exercises back to back, then move on to the next set completed back to back). You can view each workout in a listview or tap through each exercise in a workout and view video demonstrations (like tapping through Instagram stories). We also have coach-led live and recorded workouts you can access in our workout vault or on our monthly live calendar of events.

How long do the workouts take?

We believe petite women should work smarter, not harder, for real, sustainable results. Our workouts pack a punch and you can complete them in about 45 minutes.

Can I work with a coach?

Yes, you will have access to purchase 1-1 a-la-carte sessions for fitness or nutrition guidance with our registered dietitians and petite experts once you’re an active member.

Petite PWR Premium

What is Petite PWR Premium?

Petite PWR Premium is our 12-week comprehensive fitness, nutrition and mindset program for petite woman 5’4” and shorter with 1-on-1 and group coaching and accountability.

How long is the program, when does it start and what if I have a vacation planned already?

The program lasts 3 months, but you have lifetime access to all of the materials, so you can repeat it any time. We typically start the first Monday of the month, but you have the flexibility to start whenever you like. If you have a vacation, that’s great! This program is about learning to live a lifestyle of health–vacation included! Many of the workouts you can bring with you, but if you can’t workout, you will learn the skills and mindsets needed to navigate these obstacles in the program.

Will I be tracking macros or counting calories?

Petite PWR Premium teaches you how to eat a delicious, nutrient-dense diet that will keep you lean year-round. Some of the tools in the program include learning about macronutrients, but you’ll never be required to count calories or track these. (However if you do want them, your Registered Dietitian will calculate your macros for you.)

Fitness Support

How do you define petite/short?

“Petite” can be used interchangeably with “short” and can be defined as anyone who is 5’4” and shorter. You can be any shape or weight and still be petite. Petite PWR is an inclusive community, so if you identify as petite, then you are petite.

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope, You can complete all the workouts from home with just a few pieces of equipment.

What equipment will I need?

If you’re doing it from home, all you’ll need is:

  • Dumbbells (one pair of 5 or 10 lbs)
  • Stability ball
  • Medicine ball (10 lbs)
  • Resistance band
  • Jump rope

Will weights make me bulky as a petite?

This is a very common question April gets from petite women, and it’s ok if you feel this way. At the end of the day, if you’ve tried everything else and it hasn’t worked, why not give this approach a try? The reality is that you will never be bulky—it’s very hard to put on muscle as women, and it would be impossible to get bulky in a mere 3 months. If you want to get “toned,” you have to start lifting weights anyways, and you can always stop once you feel you’ve hit the perfect amount of “tone!” To this day, April has never had a client who wanted to stop once they get started—once you see results, you will want to keep going!

What if I’ve never lifted weights before?

This program is meant for all fitness levels beginner through advanced—so whether you’ve never lifted before, or you have a few years of experience, you’ll be able to progress. The program is progressive, so the workouts increase in difficulty over time. It’s easy to follow with step-by-step instructions and videos for every exercise, and along with your coach’s support, you’ll be sure to stay on track.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your Powerhouse subscription inside your account or by emailing us at support@petitepwr.com no less than 24 hours BEFORE your next billing date.

Petite PWR Premium is not available for cancellation or refund unless you meet the criteria outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with the product/service?

While your satisfaction is our priority, we are unable to offer refunds for the PWRhouse subscription once you’ve been billed. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, be sure to do so before your next billing date.

Petite PWR Premium is non-refundable unless you meet the criteria outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Is there a student discount?

We do not offer a student discount at this time, however, we are happy to offer a 6-month student payment plan for Petite PWR Premium, which you can find on our check out page.
